Technically the Rav is the one who was niftar first to be buried in KJ, he was niftar in 1976 and the cemetary was only opened in 1979 upon the petirah of the Satmar Rebbe.

Rav Lieberman was first buried in Brazil and then transferred to KJ.

R’ Tuvia was a g-grandson of the Abaujszina Rav R’ Shimon Lieberman, and brother of Yitzchok Eisik Lieberman of Hajduboszormeny.
Before Sao Paulo, R’ Tuvia lived in Ujfeherto (Ratzfert), Hungary.
