Of the four, only Ahavath Achim and Chesed Shel Emet are Orthodox. As they are both no longer in operation the cemetery may be managed by Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts (JCAM). More info on New Bedford. Rabbi Papkin was a friend and college of Rabbi Silver. I recall he was a talmid of Torah V’dat Lida (Rav Reines)
