Bio Information:
Rav Aishiskin, a Moreh Dasrah and Rosh Yeshiva in Detroit for over thirty years wrote two seforim Dvar Yechezkel and Mareh Yechezkel. The Rav passed away in Detroit after a prolonged illness that left him paralyzed for the last six months of his life.

Prior to his coming to the US around 1904 he served as the Rabbi in the town of Yashun in the Vilna area.
Rav Aishsishkin served in particular the Magen Avrohom Shul in Detroit untill his retirement in 1933, he was also very instrumental in the Mizrachi movemnet in the US, the exact day of his passing was 5 Elul 5695-1935 at the age of 96.

I just spoke with a Frank Aishiskin who lives in Detroit; he is Rabbi Aishiskin’s grandson. He is buried here:

I a photo with the following description:
“Mr. Ussischkin [i.e., Ussishkin] with Vienese [?] Scroll & other ancient scrolls awaiting the arrival of Rabbi Ben Zion Meir Hai Uziel, for his enthronement as Chief Rabbi of the Separdic [i.e., Sephardic] Community”
Would this possibly be Rabbi Aishskin?
