Boker tov! I recently found out that my mother was married in 1942 and that Rabbi Isaac Levine married them…Florence Molin(e) to Jacob Telkowsky in Massachusetts. Can you tell me the name of the Shul where he was Rabbi? Does it still exist today? Todah raba! Maxine Kaplan

    Maxine,
It says on the tombstone that Rabbi Levin was the rabbi of the Beis Midrash HaGadol. This was also known as the Crawford Street Shul.

Here is an obituary in Hebrew from HaPardes
    http://www.hebrewbooks.org/pdfpager.aspx?req=12373&hilite=ec3782c1-3261-47c8-873f-5a036d70011b&st=%D7%9C%D7%A2%D7%95%D7%95%D7%99%D7%9F&pgnum=42

Also if you search the following terms on Google you will get much additional info:
    “crawford street shul” boston
    OR
    “crawford street synagogue” boston

It seems that the shul is no longer functioning.
