    The name is Heschil (not Herschel) this is usually a name after the Apte Rav Zt”l.

    Is this the father of the Kosove Rebbe in BP?

    Rabbi avruhum yeshiva Herschel hager was the son of the zalischtchiker rabbi ,shraga feivish brother of the ahavas yisroel of viznitz.
