He established a synagogue in Los Angeles, which is still thriving under the auspices of his son (may he live till 120). He distributed much of his business wealth to charity. He was from a dynasty of rabbis and his wife was from the renowned Fisch family, linked to the Tzadik of Tosh, and the Kalever Rebbes.
