His son is the rebbe on east 21.
On the matzeivah it says he is a Descendent of the ohr lashamayim “Reb Meyer of Apta”. Does anyone how?

His father Rabbi Yosef Chaim Frankel of Shendishov was a son of Rebbe Avraham Frankel
of Vialopol and the rebbitzen Rivkah, she was the daughter of Rav Yakov Yitzchok Isaac Rottenberg the son of Rabbi Yisroel Rotenberg
who was the son of the Ohr Lashamayim.
