    רבי יצחק, בנו של רבי מרדכי בנו הגדול של רבי דוד מסקווירא, היגר לארצות הברית בשנת תרפ”ג. הקים חצר חסידית בשכונת בורו פארק בניו יורק. היה חתנו של רבי פנחס מקנטיקזובה. את מקומו מילאו בניו רבי דוד טוורסקי (תרפ”ב-תשס”א), ורבי מרדכי טוורסקי (תרפ”ג – תשס”ז). רבי דוד הי’ חתנו של רבי יחיאל מיכל מטורקא שהקים רשת של מוסדות והיה גם בעל ידיעות כלליות רחבות. במקומו מכהן כיום בנו, רבי יחיאל מיכל טוורסקי חתנו של רבי מנחם נחום בן רבי יוחנן מרחמסטריווקא. גם בנו רבי מרדכי מילא מקומו כאדמו”ר מסקווירא בפלטבוש . במקומו מכהן כיום בנו בכורו רבי יצחק טוורסקי חתנו של רבי זאב בן רבי יוחנן מרחמסטריווקא

    מעניין שבתחילה לא הרשו לבנות אהל על ציונו ומשו”ה יצקו ביטון כמצבה גדולה ובהמשך חפרו בו ונפתח לאהל
