Bio Information: 
The Rav was born in Bklorie, Lithuania and studied in Radin under the saintly Chofetz Chaim. He later studied in the famed Volozhiner Yeshiva where he enjoyed a close relationship with both Rav Naphtali Tzvi Yehuda Berlin and Rav Chaim Soloveitchik of Brisk. In 1922 he immigrated to the United States and served at various congregations in Statin Island, New York for over 20 years. Among the Rav’s seforim are Hegyonei Lev published in Jerusalem and Chikrei Lev published posthumously in New York City.
