Bio Information:
That Rav, an active member of Ezras Torah, was a student of the Chafetz Chaim as well as Yeshivas Knesses Yisrael Sloboda, where he was ordained by Rav Moshe Mordechai Epstein. He arrived here in 1924 from Bialystok  Poland.
