Why would Shienkin and Sheinman be the same name?
I find a Rabbi Schienman in NY but his name was R’ Shcmuel Joseph, he lived in NY and authored a Sefer called Amudie Shayish which is written both in Hebrew and English on the topic of Hebrew Calendar and Astronomy.

SEHEIMAN? I have a feeling it’s a typo – i called the office but they share the same database as their website so the spelling came up.
There’s only one SCHEIMANN in Mt Zion (see below – buried in different society) – there’s no indication if she is related to the Rav. Only way to find out is check out her inscription.
