I think it’s Sheinman not Sheiman.

    Is it the same person?

    Where is Balta?

Why would Shienkin and Sheinman be the same name?

I find a Rabbi Schienman in NY but his name was R’ Shcmuel Joseph, he lived in NY and authored a Sefer called Amudie Shayish which is written both in Hebrew and English on the topic of Hebrew Calendar and Astronomy.

SEHEIMAN? I have a feeling it’s a typo – i called the office but they share the same database as their website so the spelling came up.

There’s only one SCHEIMANN in Mt Zion (see below – buried in different society) – there’s no indication if she is related to the Rav. Only way to find out is check out her inscription.

    Path: 40R
    Gate: ROAD
    Grave Number: 21
    Society: BENJAMIN
    Date of Death: 6/6/1906

Interesting. Israelis are always bad at spelling the name in english, It´s for sure says Sheinman. Will look up if I can find something more.
