Bio Information:
Rav Sobel was also the Moreh Dasrah of Mesivta Tiferes Jerusalem prior to the arrival of Rav Moshe Feinstein in the late 1930’s. The Rav had a brother in New York, Rav Shmuel Dovid who authored Migdal Dovid on Shir HaShirim (Song of Songs).
