I heard that Rabbi Heiman’s tzion is famous for Yeshuos. He was one of the greatest geonin and tzadikim in pre-war America.

top talmid of Rav Boruch Ber Leibowitz. wrote Chidushei Rav Shlomo (2 vol.) and Shiurei Rav Shlomo on Shas, also Chidushei Rav Shlomo al HaTorah. he was rosh yeshiva in Rameilles in Vilna, then was brought in to be rosh yeshiva of Torah VoDaath by rav shraga Feivel Mendlowitz. he died very young. some o0f his talmidim include Rav Eliyahu Moshe Shisgal (son in law of Rav Moshe Feinstein), Rav Shmuel Brudny of Mir, Rav Michel Yehudah Lefkowitz, and the Bostoner Rebbe.
