    That seems to be correct, there is a town in Belarus in the Vitebsk region named Chashniki, see:

    I could not find any information on him so far,
    his fathers name is not engraved on the stone, the word ื”ื—ื›ื is spelled by mistake ื”ื›ื—ื

    According to cemetery records, Rav Wolfsohn was 85 when he passed on.

    Below is the voyage record for Israel Wolfsohn – who in 1899 wud have been 84 years old – likely the same person (Names, occupation and age were not documented precisely – people were forced to alter age or occupation or risk deportation).

    So far this is the only person closest to Rav Wolfsohn’s age, I’ve found.
