R. Rabinowitz was born in Vilna in <1874. He next appears in America in 1896 as maggid of Anshe Vilna of Boston and subsequently at the Tiferet Israel congregation of Revere MA. His only published work is Gan Yisro'el (Boston [1922]) a collection of homilies in Hebrew and Yiddish delivered by him at Anshe Vilna.
