    There was another Rabbi Dr. Joseph Babad, who was one of the heads (not Rosh Yeshiva) of the Yeshiva in Chicago/Skokie in the 1940-1960s. I presume they are relatives as I beleive they are all descendant of the Minchat Chinuch.
